Idenden Fire Protection Structural Adhesive 10-450 is a sodium silicate adhesive of buttery consistency. It is suitable for use in fire protection systems to bond fibrous insulation materials, calcium silicate, magnesia insulation to galvanised ducting, unpainted steel, concrete and brickwork or to themselves.
Bonds to a wide range of insulation materials
Bond remains intact for 2 hours to the time temperature rating of BS 476 Part 20: 1987
Dries to form non-combustible film to BS 476 Part 4: 1970
Consistent performance to +950ºC
Safe in application, storage and transport
